Once you've successfully linked a chequing or savings account to your profile you'll be able to submit a deposit request. There a few ways you can request a deposit within the app. (Note: we are unable to accept deposits via a bill payment method).
First, click the icon in the top-left corner of your screen to open the sidebar. In your sidebar, you should see the amount you have "Available to trade" along with a "+" button next to it. Tap the "+" button and fill out the details for the deposit and you're done!
You can also find the "+" button to add funds if you scroll down directly from your dashboard, or if you open the sidebar and tap "Account".
Deposits take up to 3 business days to be received and withdrawn from your bank account (please maintain a balance that will cover the deposit amount in your bank account until you see the funds withdrawn).
